Inscribed and signed by Townsend, "To Percy Scholes, with best wishes - Long may he write!!" The excerpts include: Sonata, K.358, by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (1756-1791); Duetto no.6 and Duettino no.3 by Tommaso Giordani (1730-1806); Sonata Op.XVII no.6 by Johann Christian Bach (1735-1782); the remainder of the excerpts are not identified.
